About meeting MOTHER MEERA

 

Being a Westerner and living in Asia has many benefits. One is that I travel back to Europe on a regular basis. And on one of these trips back to Germany we planned to visit Mother Meera. A friend told us about her and highly recommended to see her.

 

Who is Mother Meera?

She is an embodiment of the Divine Mother on Earth.
Wow.
This sounds probably weird, if you hear that for the first time, but after reading on her webpage and comments from others who have seen her, we decided to give it a go and to see her.

Originally from India she is married to a German and therefore lives a good deal of her time in Germany. In the last years her popularity has grown a lot and she travel the world connecting people to their divine inner Light. She does that during an event she calls Darshan, which follows a strict structure and is held in silence.

 

The Darshan in Germany usually takes place at Schloss Schaumburg which is about 2 hours’ drive from my hometown in the southern part of Germany. In order to be allowed in, you have to register for the Darshan, which is now possible via online booking. The Darshan is free, which for me was another good sign. My wife and I arrived at the Schloss and it was already dark. There was a whole Group of people waiting already and I heard Swiss, English and French visitors talking in their own languages.

 

 

 

After a short wait we were allowed into the Schloss and the room used for the Darshan held approximately 200 people. When all seats were filled the doors closed and although the room was quiet an anticipation of the people waiting could be felt.

Mother Meera entered the room and sat at the very to on a small stage.

And now one by one you would walk up to the stage and sit down infront of the Mother and she would make eye contact. After maybe 20 seconds she would lay her hands on your shoulders, then blinking with her eyes indicating that her service has been completed.
This all happens in complete silence. My wife said afterwards that she could feel Mother Meeras Energy clearly when she was touching her and she also received messages, although no word was spoken.

What is happening during the time of the connection?

This is how Mother Meera describes it in her own words:

“I am looking at everything within you to see where I can help, where I can give healing and power. At the same time, I am giving Light to every part of your being; I am opening every part of yourself to Light.”  ~ Mother Meera

 

With this she means a particular activation of the inner Light that lies hidden in the depths of every human soul. Her own divine Light acts as a catalyst that turns on our own inner Light.
The Light contains all the Divine qualities: Love, Grace, Power, Bliss, Knowledge. . . She is simply telling us to allow ourselves to become open to it and receive its blessing.

 

The whole Darshan lasted for about 2 hours. And YES, it was an intense experience, something that you will probably not forget and although you cannot really see what is happening, I left the Schloss with the feeling that today something important has happened for me.

About racism

 

Last week the Washington Post published a report about racism worldwide and Hong Kong, the town where I am currently living, was mentioned as one of the most racist places on the planet. Later in the week the world map got corrected as mistakes were made, but still 26.8% of Hong Kong people would not want their neighbour to be of a different race.

This was always hard for me to understand: how can you dislike a whole race of people? I mean come on; you can dislike a person for several reasons, but a whole race?

 

 

Let’s try a spiritual approach to “racism”:

FIRST and foremost you have to understand that we all come from the same Source. In a way you can say that we all have the same Mother/Father, which makes us all brothers and sisters.

SECONDLY I believe strongly in the concept of SOUL, meaning we all have a SOUL and your Soul has send you into this lifetime and into this physical body to experience and to grow. BUT, and this is the point I want to make here, you do not only experience this lifetime in this body but many other lifetimes as well. And while you do so, you often choose different life-situations and places where you reside. So you can imagine that you have experienced many different cultures and belonged to many different races in your own experiences.  So on this basis > how can you dislike a different race?

And THIRDLY I want to emphasise that we are not only coming from the same Source, sharing the same Divine Spark within us, we are also connected and from the spiritual viewpoint WE ARE ONE.

Our SOUL’S are strongly connected and part of ALL-THAT-IS. Whatever you do for somebody else you are doing at the same time for yourself; whatever you are doing against somebody else you are doing against yourself.

Based on that my life motto is: be open and welcoming to everybody no matter where they are coming from and what colour their skin has. Often they can give you a different perspective on life or on certain issue and most often they will be friendly and welcoming if you treat them in a positive manner.

Through the process of “channeling” we can connect to these spirit beings and receive their guidance and assistance.

WHAT IS CHANNELING?

Channeling is the reception of thought from the spirit world for the purpose of communicating with spirits and angels. The person receiving and passing on the information is called medium or psychic reader. Some mediums go into a full trance, thus allowing the spirit to take full control over their body, permitting the spirit to speak through the medium directly. Other mediums use a meditative state to connect to spirit.
